The Role

We are seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our Core Team. Your role will encompass the architecture and implementation of various Layer3 backend products and tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and implementation of backend services for our platform, APIs, and toolkit.
• Drive the evolution of our tools through architecture, engineering, and strategic discussions with partners.

About You

• Proven experience in scaling applications and APIs.
• Experience: 5+ years in software development, fueled by passion, curiosity, and a commitment to make an impact.
• English Speaking: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Startup Experience: You have worked on small, fast-paced teams.
• You are deeply embedded in the crypto and continuously up to date with new technologies.
